This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that regulate your subscription to website design, development, and other internet-related services provided by ICONOIC TECHNOWAR (the "Services"). "Iconoic Technowar" is the abbreviation for ICONOIC TECHNOWAR in this Agreement. "Client," "you," or "yourself" are all references to you. You hereby affirm that you have perused the Agreement and that you strictly adhere to all regulations outlined on the Iconoic Technowar platform, in addition to its stipulations. As used in this Agreement, the terms "Site" and "Iconoic Technowar Site" refer to a World Wide Web site and, respectively, the Site located at https://iconoictechnowar.com/ or any subsequent Sites that are owned or managed by Iconoic Technowar.

All website design and development services provided by Iconoic Technowar to the Client are subject to the following terms and conditions.

ACCEPTANCE

Clients are not required to provide any form of signature for these terms and conditions to be legally binding. Upon accepting a quotation, the client is deemed to have fully comprehended and consented to the stipulations and terms.

Kindly ensure that you carefully review the following terms and conditions. By making a purchase or utilizing our services, you indicate that you have reviewed and consented to our terms and conditions.

USER CONTENT

You provide us with particular information and Content (collectively referred to as "Content") when you utilize the service and publish such Content on the website. You provide such Content at your own risk, and you remain solely liable for its legality, ownership, and appropriateness, as well as its accuracy, reliability, and suitability.

We reserve the right to review and modify any content you publish on the website through the use of our services.

To provide you with the Services, you authorize us to access, reproduce, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, display, and perform the Content contained in your user account. Our right, but not our obligation, to refuse or remove any content that, in our reasonable judgment, violates any of our policies or is harmful or objectionable in any way is not limited by any of the aforementioned representations or warranties. Furthermore, by doing so, you grant us permission to utilize, replicate, alter, disseminate, or publish any of your Content for promotional, business, or associated objectives.

BACKUPS

Our authority does not extend to the content displayed on the website. We retain no liability in the event of any content loss. The decision to create and restore copies of your content is solely within your control. Although the preceding is not guaranteed, there may be situations in which we possess the capability to recover a portion or the entirety of your deleted data from a time when we previously backed up the data for our own benefit; such retrieval will not incur any additional charges for you. We cannot ensure that the information you require will be readily available.

CONTENT CONTROL AND TURNAROUND TIME

Iconoic Technowar shall install and publicly publish or supply the Client's website by the date specified in the project proposal or at the date agreed upon with the Client upon Iconoic Technowar receiving the initial payment. This obligation shall not be subject to change unless the Client specifically requests and Iconoic Technowar grants approval for a delay.

As an alternative, the Client agrees to appoint a single individual to serve as the primary point of contact, collaborating with Iconoic Technowar to ensure the commission is progressed promptly and to the Client's satisfaction. The Client shall be obligated to provide website content for Iconoic Technowar, encompassing text, photographs, videos, and audio files, for the duration of the project.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

A client acknowledges that any additional costs incurred to complete the task will be borne by the client. For instance, you can purchase unique fonts or stock photos.

WEB BROWSERS

Iconoic Technowar ensures that every effort is put forth to design websites in a way that facilitates access for the majority of visitors. Websites provide support for the most prevalent contemporary browsers, including Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and others. The Client acknowledges that Iconoic Technowar cannot ensure flawless functionality in all browsers and operating systems.

Iconoic Technowar hereby releases any responsibility for the functionality issues that may arise in the Client's updated browsers subsequent to the development of the website. Consequently, Iconoic Technowar retains the prerogative to impose a fee for any labor necessary to modify the design or code of the website to ensure compatibility with more recent browser iterations.

TERMINATION

Any written request to terminate services from the client shall be legally binding and shall be implemented promptly upon receipt. Requests to cancel services via telephone will not be processed until written confirmation is received. Until the initial cancellation notice, the client will receive an invoice for completed services. The invoice balance must be settled in full within a period of thirty (30) days.

INDEMNITY

All services provided by Iconoic Technowar are open to legal usage only. You agree to indemnify and defend Iconoic Technowar against any claims that you or any third party have been injured as a result of your use of our service.

PROHIBITED USES

You are not permitted to utilize the Website, Services, or Content except as expressly permitted in the Contract:

• For any illicit purpose;

• To coerce others into performing or participating in unlawful activities;

• To eradicate any international, centralized, state, or regional regulations or standards;

• To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

• To harass, abuse, damage, disparage, persuade, or discriminate against individuals based on their race, sexual orientation, faith, ethnicity, age, national origin, disability, or other distinguishing attributes;

• To give false or incorrect information;

• To upload or send viruses or any other harmful code that can or will be used to damage the Website and Services, third-party products and services, or the Internet;

• Spam, junk mail, phishing, pharm, pretext, scoot, or scrape;

• For any illegal or silly reason;

• To slow down or weaken the security of the Website and Services, third-party products and services, or the Web.

We can still remove your access to the Website and Services if you use them in a way that is against the rules.

COPYRIGHT

The Client gives Iconoic Technowar permission to post and use any data, files, or graphic logos that the Client sends, as long as all copyrights are respected. Any data or files copyrighted by someone else must only be used with the Client's permission and in a way that doesn't violate those rights. The Client also agrees to give Iconoic Technowar all the licenses and rights it needs to use the material. The Client will also defend Iconoic Technowar in court if it gets sued because the Client wasn't careful or couldn't get the right copyright permissions. If the Client tells Iconoic Technowar that they have all the rights and permissions they need, that promise is considered part of any contract for designing and/or placing a website. It might be needed to show proof of permissions and rights.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. You and Iconoic Technowar hereby expressly agree that any dispute relating in any way to these conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in India.
